About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Seller Onboarding Risk
- Build AI-powered onboarding experiences balancing trust, compliance, and seller growth
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive improvements in seller activation, onboarding conversion, fraud detection, and automated decisioning
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation strategies using data and customer insights
- Collaborate with ML teams to enhance identity verification and risk models
- Translate emerging fraud trends into innovative product capabilities
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and execute products that protect customers while enabling trusted sellers to succeed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management; or 7 years’ experience in product management or related area
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital products at scale
- Experience in marketplace, fintech, fraud, identity, risk, trust & safety, or compliance products
- Proven ability to own products from strategy through execution and launch
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Design in an agile environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Experience building AI/ML-powered products or leveraging machine learning to improve customer experiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
- Passion for solving complex customer and business problems through innovative product thinking
