About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers
- Develop data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area; OR 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data, forecast hiring velocity, and identify pipeline risks
- Experience designing targeted sourcing strategies for specialized roles using market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Ability to develop structured interview frameworks and facilitate calibration
- Skilled in negotiating competitive offers balancing market data and internal equity
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
- Commitment to operational excellence through process improvement and technology adoption
- Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred
