About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools
- Participate in solution design and conduct code reviews
- Apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes
- Monitor application performance and support defect management
- Ensure high-quality software delivery
- Mentor peers and promote continuous improvement
- Contribute to engineering excellence and innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
- Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams
- Proficiency in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business objectives
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and technical ownership
