About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, secure software solutions
- Design and build platforms integrating data, content, applications, tools, and AI
- Develop maintainable, testable code aligned with performance and security standards
- Create automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Execute testing, defect tracking, and regression validation

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 7+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable and performant platforms
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, REST Services, and related technologies and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, solution architecture, and scalable distributed systems
- Experience in cloud technologies
- Experience in agile, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related area
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
