Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development
Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams
Experience with AI/ML integration and generative artificial intelligence tools
Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software designs
Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
