Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions
Write clean, efficient, and reliable Java, JavaScript, and Python code
Drive the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing
Integrate AI/ML components and use GenAI tools to improve development efficiency
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Extensive experience in software development
Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles
Strong technical acumen in platform design, component services, and iterative development methodologies
Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams
Expertise in code review, debugging, and continuous integration and deployment practices
Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative artificial intelligence tools
Demonstrated skills in technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring peers
Commitment to quality, performance monitoring, and customer-focused software delivery
Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
