Lead delivery of scalable software solutions through feature implementation, testing, and ongoing support
Own scoped feature and model delivery in collaboration with engineering teams
Develop, test, and maintain software components using JavaScript, Python, and C++
Apply object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
Integrate AI and ML components and use generative AI tools to improve development efficiency
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management
Participate in solution design and evaluate scalability, security, maintainability, and technical trade-offs
Translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development
Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools
Proficiency in software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives
Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
