Requirements

What you’ll need

B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. (preferably in Computer Science)
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Minimum 6+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java
Extensive hands-on experience building web services using Java and Spring Boot
5+ years of overall experience building applications
Experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems
Proficiency in Java or Python
Database exposure: SQL/NoSQL
Distributed/replicated cache exposure
Extensive exposure to a cloud platform such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
CI/CD development environments/tools and automation tools
Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions
Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodology
Ability to convert high-level design to low-level design, estimate work, and participate in program planning and execution
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum qualification: bachelor's degree in a specified field and 3 years' software engineering experience, or 5 years' software engineering experience
Preferred: master's degree and 1 year's experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
Cisco certification listed as a preferred qualification
