Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of scoped features and solutions through collaborative engineering teams
Manage implementation, iteration, testing, and support of features and models
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages
Drive the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD and automated testing
Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools
Participate in solution design and conduct code reviews
Ensure software is scalable, secure, and maintainable
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics
Monitor application performance and support defect management
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Mentor peers and contribute to technical innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Extensive experience in full-stack software development
Proficiency in React, Java, JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, solution architecture, and scalable distributed systems
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Gemini CLI
Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripting
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical solutions
Skilled in debugging, defect management, and performance troubleshooting
Commitment to coding standards, security policies, and quality assurance best practices
