Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of scalable, secure software solutions with cross-functional teams
Drive the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
Own scoped feature and model delivery, including implementation, iteration, testing, and support
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using multiple programming languages
Integrate AI and machine learning components
Participate in solution design and evaluate scalability, security, maintainability, and trade-offs
Conduct code reviews, debugging, continuous integration, and defect management
Translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and software development using Java and related languages
Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycles, including CI/CD and automated testing
Ability to conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management
Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative AI tools
Skilled in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and technical leadership
