Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes
Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage stakeholder communication
Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring across multiple projects
Understanding of program management techniques, benefits analysis, and accountability frameworks
Experience with organizational change management and process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning
Must work at the Bentonville, Arkansas location
