About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead program estimation and resource planning for small- to medium-complexity projects
- Monitor and control program progress, risks, issues, schedules, and budgets
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings covering project health, dependencies, and milestones
- Communicate with stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations
- Develop and implement financial management plans
- Track expenditures and forecast costs
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
- Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation techniques for projects of small to medium complexity
- Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and take corrective actions
- Excellent business communication skills to influence stakeholders and build consensus
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring for multiple projects
- Understanding of technology strategies and alignment with business objectives
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions
