About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and enhancement of user experience strategies
  • Conduct comprehensive research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
  • Develop and refine customer-facing interaction designs and user journeys
  • Align UX solutions with business goals and communicate design rationale to stakeholders
  • Create prototypes and detailed design specifications following user-centered principles and native platform guidelines
  • Partner with Research on usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs
  • Manage partnerships to integrate UX insights into product development
  • Optimize customer journey touchpoints
  • Influence cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver scalable, consistent, and impactful digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction and business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in those areas
  • Proven expertise in user experience design, including user journeys and interaction design
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping
  • Applying user-centered design principles
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships through communication, collaboration, and consensus-building
  • Ability to use customer insights and qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
  • Usability testing and rapid iteration
  • Ability to solve complex design challenges independently and navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Design certification, master's degree, accessibility/WCAG 2.2 AA knowledge, and related industry experience are preferred qualifications
