Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, test, and support scalable software components, APIs, and user interfaces using Java and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area; OR 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices
  • Experience developing and delivering features using Java, JavaScript, Python, or C++ within agile teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-based application development
  • Ability to conduct code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
