Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of software development stated in role requirements
Minimum 4 years of software development stated in “What you'll bring” and minimum qualifications Option 2
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area, plus 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area (Option 1)
4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area as an alternative to Option 1
Professional frontend development experience using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ReactJS or Next.js
Strong Java, Spring Framework, Kafka, SQL, and cloud experience
Strong experience in RESTful microservices
Experience with Docker on Kubernetes
Experience with cloud-native technology and CI/CD (KITT)
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Strong experience with React JS and React Native UI technology stack
Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest
Software development experience with Java or Python; PySpark preferred
Skills in Java stack including Spring, Maven, and Hibernate
Experience with Azure or Google GCP cloud services
Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins or Travis
Experience with message streaming systems such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Preferred: Master's degree in a related computer science or engineering field
Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
