About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with product management, project, business, support, and user experience teams
- Design high-level solutions for small to medium projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve business and production issues through root cause analysis
- Develop, write, and test code in compliance with technical and security standards
- Manage complex projects from requirements gathering through delivery

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards
- Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues
- Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions aligned with business requirements
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting
- Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with product, project, and support teams
- Knowledge of telemetry implementation, testing methodologies, and defect management processes
- Capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area
- Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
