About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through launch and scaling
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product value
- Build customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms
- Drive data-driven decision-making through experimentation, telemetry, and performance measurement
- Collaborate with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation opportunities
- Mentor product managers and promote rigorous discovery, roadmap development, and launch readiness
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market execution
- Identify innovation opportunities and deliver measurable product value
- Align product strategy with business objectives, market needs, and emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Proven experience driving product strategy and execution for complex or multiple related products
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Expertise in product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in product development
- Ability to translate customer and business insights into prioritized, measurable outcomes
- Skilled in developing product roadmaps aligned with business strategies and market trends
- Experience mentoring product managers and elevating product management discipline
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
- Ability to work in Bentonville, Arkansas or Sunnyvale, California, based on the selected posting location
