Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization
  • Build customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms
  • Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to manage product lifecycle, risks, and launch readiness
  • Use data-driven decision-making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance
  • Mentor product managers, elevate product discipline, and influence technical direction without direct authority
  • Lead AI adoption by integrating AI-native development and identifying impactful AI applications within supply chain operations
  • Deliver scalable, measurable, and practical enterprise solutions supporting supply chain operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Proven expertise defining and executing end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps for complex or related product sets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners
  • Advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities, including analytics, experimentation, and AI feature assessment
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis
  • Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery through launch and value realization
  • Technical proficiency in system architecture, cloud services, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers
  • Preferred: Master's degree and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is valued
