About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define metrics and KPIs for earnings accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and platform health
- Analyze trends, root causes, impact, and product priorities through deep-dive analysis
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science on data requirements, reporting schemas, source-of-truth datasets, and scalable measurement
- Own associate-facing tools for investigating, monitoring, reconciling, and resolving earnings issues
- Lead automated monitoring and anomaly detection initiatives
- Drive ambiguous, high-priority investigations and special projects from discovery through implementation
- Build cross-functional relationships, clarify ownership, and establish operating mechanisms
- Set product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes
- Shape operational intelligence and internal capabilities supporting accurate, reliable, and scalable Spark Driver earnings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Strong analytical ability using complex data to define metrics, test assumptions, and surface actionable insights
- Understanding of data models, reporting, internal tools, and operational processes
- Ability to structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems and move work forward independently
- Ability to build trust and communicate complex ideas across technical, operational, and executive audiences
- Curiosity about practical applications of AI and automation
- Experience with regulated financial systems, SOX, or ITGC controls is a plus
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
