About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Seller Onboarding Risk
  • Build AI-powered onboarding experiences balancing trust, compliance, and seller growth
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions
  • Drive improvements in seller activation, onboarding conversion, fraud detection, and automated decisioning
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation strategies using data and customer insights
  • Collaborate with ML teams to enhance identity verification and risk models
  • Translate emerging fraud trends into innovative product capabilities
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and execute products that protect customers while enabling trusted sellers to succeed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience building digital products at scale
  • Experience in marketplace, fraud, identity, risk, trust & safety, or compliance products
  • Proven ability to own products from strategy through execution and launch
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Design in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Experience building AI/ML-powered products or leveraging machine learning to improve customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for solving complex customer and business problems through innovative product thinking
  • Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
