About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization
  • Build customer and business understanding using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms
  • Define multi-quarter product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and backlog priorities
  • Use data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance
  • Identify AI and emerging technology opportunities and assess feasibility and impact with technical teams
  • Mentor product managers and promote rigorous discovery and launch readiness practices
  • Build Health and Wellness technology creating seamless experiences for customers and associates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and operational data analysis
  • Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with business outcomes
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI
  • Experience mentoring product managers and driving product lifecycle management from discovery to launch
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
