About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and own metrics across multiple product domains
  • Identify what to measure, how to measure it, and how to communicate findings to drive action
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to instrument products
  • Ensure data is captured correctly, completely, and consistently
  • Design and execute analyses answering key business questions
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks showing product health and performance
  • Collaborate with data science teams on predictive models, segmentation, and ML-driven signals
  • Define experimentation frameworks and guide rigorous test design and interpretation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Drive analytics strategy across multiple product domains and translate complex data into product direction and business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or senior product analyst
  • Deep fluency in product metrics
  • Strong analytical skills, including exploratory data analysis, statistical reasoning, and experiment design
  • SQL proficiency required
  • Familiarity with data science concepts and techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Ability to build clear, decision-oriented dashboards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in risk, compliance, marketplace, or e-commerce domains is a plus
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area is preferred
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
