  • Design A/B tests, interpret results, and translate insights into product improvements
  • Use customer research, competitive insights, and query-level analytics to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Synthesize complex analysis into recommendations and influence senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management; OR 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Search, Relevance, Personalization, or large-scale consumer platforms
  • Strong technical acumen with familiarity in search systems, ranking models, experimentation frameworks, and machine learning concepts
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive product decisions
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations
  • MBA, consulting background, or technical degree preferred
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is valued
