Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities
Drive full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
Lead system design reviews to validate quality and architectural alignment
Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features
Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics
Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and feedback integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
Experience with full software development lifecycle ownership, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
Skilled in JavaScript, React JSX, Redux-Saga, and React Native
Ability to lead design reviews and apply data-driven decision making
Demonstrated capability in DevOps engineering and remedial action
Preferred: Master’s degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
