Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities
Drive full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Lead system design reviews for quality, feasibility, and architectural alignment
Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using modern programming languages
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
Promote engineering best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements
Apply data-driven practices to define success metrics and optimize development processes
Continuously improve code quality through review processes
Stay current with industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
Proficiency in debugging, remedial action, and software security best practices
Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area is preferred
