Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Expertise delivering platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks
  • Proficiency in cloud-native architecture principles, including microservices, containers, and automation
  • Experience managing the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Ability to design secure, maintainable, modular, and scalable AI/ML-driven applications using multiple programming languages
  • Technical leadership and mentorship skills
  • Collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and translating complex problems into actionable solutions
  • Commitment to technical ownership, sound judgment, and continuous improvement
  • Preferred: Master's degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
