Lead development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks
Deliver platform capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
Drive the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
Conduct system design reviews and ensure alignment with architectural best practices
Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and intelligent automation features
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
Promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements
Optimize development processes using data-driven practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++
Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
DevOps engineering experience
Experience applying data-driven decision making
Ability to conduct design reviews and remedial actions
Preferred: Master’s degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
