About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own delivery of scoped features through collaborative engineering teams, including implementation, iteration, testing, and support
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools
- Participate in solution design and conduct code reviews
- Ensure software is scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with platform objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics
- Monitor application performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Extensive experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in React, Java, JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE development, software design patterns, and solution architecture
- Expertise in Agile software development methodologies
- Expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical solutions
- Skilled in debugging and performance troubleshooting
- Commitment to coding standards, security policies, and quality assurance best practices
- Full-stack development experience is preferred but not essential
- Master's degree in a relevant field and 2 years' experience is preferred
