Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
  • Strong software development skills across coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance
  • Experience in API design, software prototyping, and design patterns
  • Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, metrics definition, and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
