Lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities
Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
Lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and architectural alignment
Build AI-driven applications with intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with the international last mile engineering team to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in platform engineering, including infrastructure, tooling, and ML framework development
Strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture principles such as microservices, containers, and automation
Extensive experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance
Ability to conduct system design reviews
Skilled in API design, software prototyping, and software design patterns
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions
Competence in data-driven decision making and problem-solving within complex technical environments
Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
