About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities
Deliver infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
Lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Conduct system design reviews for quality, feasibility, and architectural alignment
Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages and platforms
Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven practices, innovation, and knowledge sharing
Develop solutions supporting invoicing, reconciliation, payment, and financial integrations for Accounts Receivable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development
Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance
Ability to conduct thorough design reviews and apply data-driven decision making
Skilled in AI/ML integration and software prototyping using Python, JavaScript, and C++
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical judgment
Effective collaboration and mentorship capabilities
Master's degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred)
Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices (preferred)
