Key responsibilities & impact

Define technical strategy and architecture for large-scale Marketplace Support platforms
Lead design and implementation of AI/LLM-powered agentic workflows and intelligent automation
Build resilient, scalable, and observable distributed systems handling millions of seller interactions
Drive engineering excellence through architecture reviews, design standards, and technical mentorship
Partner with Product, Data Science, and Operations to translate business problems into scalable platform capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Java, Python, AI solutions, big data platforms, Azure Cosmos DB, and large-scale rack system development
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership and scalable, cloud-native architectures
Experience delivering reusable tooling
Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and incident response
Expertise in distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration
Proficiency in AI agents, model-driven design, and cloud computing architecture
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers
Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
E-commerce domain experience strongly preferred
