Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
  • Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform design and development
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance
  • Ability to conduct system design reviews and apply problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration and software prototyping
  • Capability in data-driven decision making and requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
  • Effective collaboration and communication across technical and business teams
