  • Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
  • Promote engineering excellence through best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation partners to deliver fulfillment solutions for third-party sellers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
  • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
  • Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
  • Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++ and microservices
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship skills
  • Sound technical judgment for architectural decisions
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
  • Preferred: Master's degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
