About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of full stack features from user interfaces to backend services
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Build reusable ReactJS components and high-performance web applications using TypeScript and NodeJS
  • Architect and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Collaborate with architects, staff engineers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Support platform modernization and migration from legacy systems to modern architectures
  • Deliver scalable platform capabilities across the full software development lifecycle
  • Integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance platform functionality
  • Influence architectural decisions and mentor engineers
  • Contribute to engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, ES6, NodeJS, and front-end performance optimization
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js for server-side JavaScript and backend development
  • Cloud experience with GCP and Azure
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture
  • Proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
