Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, and AI/ML frameworks
  • Deliver platform capabilities aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
  • Lead coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle
  • Conduct system design reviews and align solutions with architectural best practices
  • Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using modern programming languages
  • Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions
  • Promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and products
  • Develop and enhance warehouse management systems for Grocery Distribution Centers in the US
  • Support design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Proven experience in software engineering
  • Strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture, including microservices and containerization
  • Expertise in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
  • Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and monitoring
  • Skilled in DevOps engineering practices
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
