Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities
Drive full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems
Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards
Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages
Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation
Proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping
Experience with coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability
Ability to analyze complex problems and apply data-driven decision making
Skills in debugging, remedial action, and continuous improvement
Collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders and mentor engineering teams
Adaptability to evolving technologies and changing business priorities
Preferred: Master’s degree and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
