Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver scalable AI-driven applications, agentic AI solutions, and intelligent automation capabilities
  • Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications and automated workflows
  • Lead coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production-grade solutions
  • Conduct solution design reviews for technical feasibility, reliability, and engineering best-practice alignment
  • Develop agentic AI workflows integrating LLMs, AI/ML models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product, data science, technology, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes
  • Build applications, APIs, intelligent workflows, and integrations that improve merchandising decisions and optimize strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Strong expertise in agentic AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation
  • Experience with LLM integration, agent orchestration, tool use, and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, production-grade applications
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, and workflow automation
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
  • Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent evaluation, and guardrails
  • Experience with software design patterns, API integrations, and rapid prototyping
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and observability
