About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean facility surfaces
- Evaluate cleaning areas and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles
- Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management
- Collaborate with teams to support operational priorities and maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management
- Manage equipment inventory, perform repairs, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across Walmart facilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and maintain a minimum 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card
- No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three years
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle
- No serious traffic violations under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last three years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
- No preventable accidents under Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last three years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report
- Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, or OUI convictions within the last five years
- Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery
- Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate cleaning methods and pressure settings
- Knowledge of safety procedures for high-pressure equipment and heavy machinery
- Preventative maintenance and basic repair skills for power washing and facility equipment
- Ability to operate corporate vehicles safely and conduct required inspections
- Ability to manage work orders, maintain logs, and document tasks accurately
- Preferred: experience in power washing/exterior maintenance
- Preferred: intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software skills, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Spanish proficiency
- Preferred: state/local licensing where required
