About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on on-site kitchen equipment
- Manage projects by coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring progress, mitigating delays and costs, and adhering to budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through risk assessments and safety instruction
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop and implement processes that meet business needs and improve operations
- Coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and model adaptability to change
- Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a safe, efficient, well-maintained facility environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade; or 7 years' experience in one of these trades
- Valid Driver's License
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 1 year's experience using intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairs of commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong project management skills, including resource coordination, progress monitoring, and budget management
- Proficiency in equipment repair, lock out/tag out procedures, and construction-related tasks
- Commitment to safety compliance, risk assessment, and providing safety instruction
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards
