Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, doors, flooring, and structural systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in facility repair and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
  • Strong knowledge of lock out/tag out procedures and safety compliance standards
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget monitoring
  • Skilled in relocating and remodeling office layouts, preparing fixtures, and inspecting completed work for quality
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams and external contractors
  • Commitment to maintaining safe work environments through risk assessments and safety training
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Construction experience
  • Driver's license
