About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive operational performance and execution across Walmart Business store-fulfilled Delivery and Pickup
- Analyze fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and root causes
- Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex Delivery and Pickup customer and operational issues
- Translate business needs and operational insights into requirements and scalable solutions with Product and Engineering
- Drive initiatives from discovery through testing, launch, performance validation, and continuous improvement
- Establish operating mechanisms, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across partner teams
- Identify recurring issues and translate operational learnings into longer-term capability improvements
- Surface risks, recommend actions, and influence decisions using data and operational judgment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 5 years’ experience in those areas
- Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, operations, supply chain, product operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Technical and business fluency across operations, product, and technology
- Ability to drive complex, cross-functional work from ambiguity to measurable outcomes
- Strong operational judgment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and intellectual curiosity
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
