About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate workflow processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Analyze and interpret data to support business strategies and recommend improvements
- Manage correspondence, resolve benefits inquiries, and support technical issues
- Facilitate equipment, software, and network requests
- Collaborate with vendors and monitor system maintenance
- Maintain security access protocols, including data backup and remote user validation
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Build stakeholder partnerships to identify needs and implement effective processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in workflow management and process improvement within a business services environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and local, state, and federal laws
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document production
- Ability to provide customer service and technical support in complex operational settings
- Experience coordinating equipment, software, and network requests
- Benefits management, customer service, benefits administration, healthcare regulatory compliance, or related area
- Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Payroll
- Basic functionality of Microsoft Office
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Mathematics listed as a preferred qualification
