About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own delivery of projects focused on improving customer outcomes and making it easier for colleagues to deliver services
- Ensure projects are delivered to quality, on time and on budget
- Build relationships with customers, senior managers, functional leads and operational teams
- Deliver project benefits through collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain project momentum and embed holistic, sustainable changes in Wandle's ways of working
- Work predominantly within the Contact and Digital Workstream of the Change Programme
- Manage change from project initiation through to delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven delivery of complex projects in a change or transformation environment, managing end-to-end delivery of projects
- Strong grasp of core project management disciplines, including planning, risk, governance and reporting
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Ability to manage ambiguity whilst maintaining delivery focus
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Must already have and be able to provide proof of the Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Experience delivering resident- or customer-focused projects, digital transformation, service redesign or technology-enabled change would be particularly beneficial
