Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a manufacturing team accountable for the operational performance of the third-party manufacturing network
Manage KPIs related to quality, on-time fulfillment, cost, inventory control, and more
Drive process improvements to reduce variability and lead time from order approval to final delivery
Oversee capacity planning tools to meet current and future demand
Support the launch of new lens offerings
Serve as liaison between manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders, including Customer Experience, Technology, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Merchandising
Develop, maintain, and train partners on SOPs incorporating stakeholder process requirements to facilitate manufacturing consistency and customer experience
Improve, measure, and regularly report metrics to stakeholders
Report to the Director of Manufacturing

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
1+ years of people management experience
3+ years of hands-on supply chain experience
Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes, manufacturing processes, and vendor management
Strong critical and analytical skills
Positive team leadership and ability to build respect across stakeholder groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools
Knowledge of lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma certification
CPIM or CSCP certification
Experience with Looker
Able to travel for work up to 10% of the time
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
