About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the product team responsible for features used by Business Systems teams
  • Identify and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features based on business objectives, metrics, and analyses
  • Ensure timely delivery of effective solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to launch new features and products that improve business operations and customer experience
  • Build and prioritize a roadmap with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders
  • Lead and mobilize Digital Product and Technology teams on cross-functional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience owning a product roadmap for backend systems, internal tools, operations-supporting products, or supply chain
  • Experience in supply chain management or understanding of ERP order management or warehouse management concepts
  • Ability to make tough decisions using strategic business concepts
  • Curiosity and decisiveness; ability to use available information to inform decisions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to act as both a project leader and contributor
  • Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of SQL
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
  • Extra credit: Experience as a software engineer
  • Extra credit: Experience in Oracle ERP
  • Extra credit: Experience working at a direct-to-consumer or retail company
