About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project coordination with consultant teams through site planning, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction document, and construction administration phases
- Deliver contract documents for permits and construction
- Provide Revit support for project document preparation
- Utilize company resource groups for design
- Prepare design and construction documents
- Assist the Project Manager or Architect with construction services, including site visits and shop-drawing reviews
- Perform project code searches and analysis
- Assist with project schedules and budget reviews
- Assist with submittals for jurisdiction agencies
- Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and Ware Malcomb team members
- Support delivery of innovative design projects for diverse clients
- Work on complex, large-scale advanced manufacturing projects, including semiconductor fabrication
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Revit skills
- Knowledge of Newforma
- Knowledge of building codes
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
