About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop program objectives and strategy and assess impact on the department, business, and organization
Define and oversee projects to reach targeted goals
Implement strategic tasks aligning programs with organizational business strategy and goals
Oversee multiple project activities and monitor overall program execution
Coordinate projects and manage project teams
Create and maintain program budgets
Manage resources across multiple projects
Handle stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing contributions
Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and prepare action plans
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement change
Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
Coordinate programs and clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across high-tech manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, robotics, electric vehicles, aviation, and sustainable technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience within architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Program Management experience including staffing, planning, people management, performance and profitability management, financial planning, process improvement, and strategic planning
Ability to deal with complexity, analyze information, resolve conflicts, and implement company vision
Highly analytical and organized
Excellent teambuilding skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field preferred
