About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all casino guests
- Take, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders according to outlet standards
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Review completed orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all cash-handling procedures
- Clean and organize workstations according to department standards and health code requirements
- Follow department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance while on duty
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Provide outstanding service to guests and team members
- Practice and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Previous server or customer service experience preferred
- Food Handler certification
- ServSafe certification
- TIPS Alcohol certification
- Ability to work varying schedules, including shifts reflecting operational and guest service needs
