About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Warranty Administrators by providing daily guidance and support
  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Participate in interviewing and selecting talent
  • Review, develop, and evaluate talent
  • Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management
  • Model, train, and coach service-standard expectations
  • Motivate the team
  • Schedule Warranty Administrators and ensure coverage/back-up
  • Review, monitor, and adjust accounts and workloads for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
  • Review each administrator’s accounts weekly
  • Verify end-of-month billing
  • Provide second-tier support for client escalations
  • Serve as an OEM and technical subject matter expert
  • Maintain OEM training and/or certification, if applicable
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development on account implementation priorities for the Platform and Chirp
  • Participate in Sales calls and kickoff meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience as a Warranty Specialist
  • Strong communication skills and professional writing skills
  • Technology skills to utilize the WarrCloud Platform, various DMS systems, and OEM-based software
  • Current WarrCloud employees applying must have mastered the “Recipe for Success” tools and principles, demonstrated through a live skills demonstration during the job interview
  • Previous management or leadership experience (Nice to Have)
